Mindfullness & Wellness

Teaching our children mindfulness and meditation skills early in their lives sets them up for success.
Implementing mindfulness and meditation skills into a child's daily rhythm, as well as our own has a range of benefits such as connection to self, self-regulation, emotional well-being, resilience, focus and attention, reduces stress, anxiety, depression and much more.

Play Therapy
Play therapy is a therapeutic, child-led approach to help children express their feelings, thoughts, and experiences through play. This method is based on the idea that play is a natural form of communication for children, allowing them to convey their emotions, problems and experiences in a way that is comfortable for them.
In play therapy, a trained therapist creates a safe and supportive environment where children can explore their feelings and experiences using toys, games, and creative activities. The therapist observes the child’s play and may also engage with them, helping to facilitate emotional expression and insight using therapeutic skills.
